   1. Evo Capital Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1336646-H), also mentioned as “Evo Credit”, “we” or “our”, as a data user we value and protect your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).
   2. Throughout this privacy policy , the expression for “personal data” ”, “sensitive personal data”, “data subject”, “data user” and “data processor” shall have the meaning as defined in the PDPA.
   3. “Personal data” and “personal information” shall have the same meaning throughout this policy.
   4. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, please note that “Evo Credit” may collect, hold, record, store, use and/or otherwise process your personal information and sensitive personal information. By providing to us your personal information, you hereby consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

   1. We collect personal information which includes but not limited to:
      • a) Personal information to establish your personal identification and background for example name, address, copies and details of identification documents, contact details, marital status, health status and commission or alleged commission of offence.
      • b) Personal information to establish your creditworthiness and financial status for example, details of bank account, employment history, credit and references check, personal financial and social security detail.
      We may also collect, record, hold, store and/or process the following information: device information, log information such as date, time, and length of your visit to our website, browsing history, internet protocol address, cookies and location information. You may refuse to accept the cookies. However, you may not be able to access to certain sections or features of our website if you refuse to accept the cookies.
   2. Sources we may obtain your personal information but not limited to:
      • a) through your relationship with us by using our products or services;
      • b) through your communications with us and/or our authorised agents either verbal or written;
      • c) through any third parties connected with you such as employers, authorised representatives, joint account holders;

     • a. in all matters pertaining to the contract entered or to be entered into between you and us;

     • e. to conduct analysis and evaluation of our website and services in order to assist us to improve our website and services;
     • f. monitoring compliance with the agreement in paragraph (a) and our rules and policies for the time being in force, your access to our website and any other applicable laws;

   • In the course of us providing our products and services to you, we may disclose your personal information (to the extent necessary) to the third parties as follow, but not limited to:
     • a. our affiliates and associated companies (whether in Malaysia or other jurisdictions);

   • You hereby consent that we may disclose your personal information and sensitive personal information to any Third Parties for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 above.
5. Incomplete Personal Information
   1. You are obliged for ensuring that the personal information that you provide to us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal information is kept up-to-date.
   2. You shall promptly keep us informed in the event the personal information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date and you shall provide us the true, accurate, complete, and updated personal information.
   3. If you give us personal data, sensitive personal data or information about another person, you confirm that he/she has appointed you to act for him/her, to consent to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with this Notice and to receive on his/her behalf any data protection notices.
6. Correction / Update of Personal Information
   1. You may request access to and correction of, your personal information where the personal information held by us is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date.
   2. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request to correct / update your personal information
   3. Please note we has the discretion whether to allow your correction / updating request or may require further documentary evidence of the new information to avoid fraud and inaccuracy in accordance with the PDPA.

   • You may make any enquiries or complaints in respect of your personal information and sensitive personal information, and/or limit the processing of your personal information by contacting us at admin@evocredit.my
8. Revision of Privacy Policy
   • We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and from time to time and a notice of such amendments will be made available to you through written notice or other mode which we view appropriate and suitable. You shall send us a written revocation of consent if you do not agree to us continue processing your personal information in accordance with the revised Notice.

I, hereby understand and accept the above terms and conditions and I, hereby consent to Evo Credit processing our data in accordance with this Notice.
